Find answers to common questions about building your wedding website, plans, and support.
The basics before you dive in.
Its All Things Events is a wedding website builder made for Filipino couples: your story, event details, entourage, photo gallery, RSVP, and gift information, all in one shareable site you can build yourself, no design or coding needed.
Yes. You can sign up with Facebook, Google, or an email and password. This lets you save your progress, come back later, and keep your wedding website tied to you.
Yes: building and previewing your wedding website is completely free, with no time limit, for as long as you haven't published it yet. You only start a 7-day countdown once you actually publish your site (more on that below).
How the 7 days work after you publish.
It starts the moment you publish your wedding website: meaning you've made it live and shareable. Building and previewing your site beforehand doesn't count against your 7 days; take as long as you need to get it right.
Guests can view your published trial site, but RSVP submission isn't available until you purchase Essential. This is intentional: it means no guest RSVP is ever left stranded if you decide not to continue after your trial.
If you haven't purchased Essential by then, your site is unpublished (taken offline). Nothing is deleted right away: your draft stays saved, and you can purchase a plan anytime to republish it. We'll also send you a reminder 2 days before your trial ends, so it shouldn't catch you off guard.
The trial is currently fixed at 7 days from publish. If you need more time to decide, purchasing Essential doesn't lock you in forever: see Pricing below for what that includes.
Yes, anytime: fix a typo, swap a photo, update a detail. Editing doesn't reset your 7-day trial countdown, and once you've purchased a plan, it doesn't reset your 12-month hosting period either. Both run strictly from when you first published (or purchased), regardless of how much you edit afterward.
What you get, and what it costs.
₱999 per wedding, including:
Yes: Bespoke (₱9,999 per wedding) is available now: everything in Essential, plus guest capacity up to 500, Remove Branding, Smart RSVP, and a fully custom design our team builds around your story. Separately, Premium (₱1,999 per wedding) is still in active development and will include advanced RSVP and guest management, seating and QR check-in, a digital invitation, and enhanced media tools. It isn't part of the initial launch offer yet.
Yes: you're never locked into your original choice. Add-ons can be purchased anytime, and Essential couples can upgrade to Bespoke at a reduced price that credits the ₱999 already paid. A separate Essential-to-Premium upgrade path is planned once Premium is available.
How paying us actually works.
When you're ready to purchase Essential, Bespoke, or an add-on, you'll see our GCash QR code and account details, along with a reference code to include with your payment. After sending it, tap "I've Sent Payment" in the app to let us know. GCash is currently our only supported payment method: we'll be adding other payment options soon.
Not yet: for now, payment is handled manually via GCash only. Other payment methods, including Maya, credit cards, and payment gateways, will be added soon. We never ask for your card or bank login details.
Generally within 24 hours of tapping "I've Sent Payment." Our team verifies payments manually, so it isn't instant, but you'll see your plan reflected in the app ("You're on Essential ✓") as soon as it's confirmed.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once a plan or add-on has been activated, except in cases of clear error, like a duplicate payment. If a refund is approved, we send it back manually via GCash to an account you provide at that point. Reach out through our contact form if something doesn't seem right: we'll take a look.
Managing your guest list.
Essential includes up to 150 guests, and Bespoke includes up to 500 guests. If your list is bigger than your plan's limit, the Guest Limit Expansion add-on raises that cap in blocks of 100 (₱299 each).
Not currently: you can purchase as many expansions as you need for soft launch. This may be revisited once Premium ships with its own guest allowance.
Not currently: photo uploads are managed by the couple. This isn't part of the soft-launch feature set.
Design, hosting, and what happens over time.
Essential launches with three standard designs: Modern Minimalist, Pastel Romance, and Botanical/Floral. Bespoke skips the template picker entirely: our team builds a fully custom design around your story instead. Further template options and customization for Essential are part of the Premium tier, in development.
Yes, with the Custom Domain Connection add-on: we handle connecting a domain you already own. You'll need to purchase the domain itself separately through a registrar of your choice.
Yes, with the Remove Branding add-on (₱299). It's also included at no extra cost with Bespoke.
We'll remind you before it lapses. If you don't renew (₱299/year), your site is archived: taken offline, but not deleted: for another 6 months, giving you time to renew if you change your mind. We'll send a warning email 1 month before that archived data is permanently deleted, and a confirmation once it is.
It automatically switches to a thank-you state: no need to do anything yourself. The countdown in your hero section becomes a thank-you message, RSVP closes to new submissions (any responses you already received stay visible to you), and the rest of your site: your story, photos, and details: stays exactly as it was.
Logging in and keeping your account safe.
Yes: Facebook Login and Google Login are both supported, alongside a standard email and password option.
If you signed up with email and password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen: we'll email you a reset link. If you signed up via Facebook or Google, just log in through that provider as usual.
Right now, each login method creates a separate account unless the email matches exactly. If you think you've ended up with two accounts, contact us through the form below and we'll help sort it out.
What we keep, for how long, and what we don't touch.
Nothing passes through us. When a guest scans your GCash/Maya QR code, the money goes directly from their wallet to yours: we're never part of that transaction and never see the amount.
It's kept for 3 months from when your trial ends unpurchased (or from account creation, if you never published). We'll email you a warning 1 month before it's deleted, and confirm once it has been. Purchasing a plan at any point before then cancels the countdown.
Always. Every deletion: whether an unpurchased trial or an archived, unrenewed site: comes with a warning email 1 month ahead of time, and a confirmation once it's actually happened. Nothing is deleted silently.
If you're planning weddings for other people.
We're building them! Coordinator-specific tools are in active development, though we're not ready to share specifics yet. They're just not part of what's launching right now.
We don't have a date to share yet. If you're a coordinator and want to be kept in the loop or tell us what would actually be useful to you, reach out through our contact form and select "Coordinator Interest."
Still have a question?
Use the contact form, available anywhere in the app: pick the category that fits best (Feedback, General Inquiry, Coordinator Interest, or Support Issue) and we'll get back to you by email.
We'd genuinely love to hear it. There's a small feedback link available throughout the site-building experience, or you can use the same contact form at any time.
No questions match your search. Contact us and we'll help directly.
