Its All Things Events

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Its All Things Events is a product of FinestSQA Software Development Services ("FinestSQA Software Development Services," "we," "us," or "our"), which provides a wedding website builder for couples in the Philippines, with tools for wedding coordinators in active development. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

This policy applies to couples who create a wedding website through Its All Things Events, including during a free trial ("Couples," "you"), guests who are invited to view a wedding site ("Guests"), and wedding coordinators who use or express interest in using Its All Things Events on behalf of their clients ("Coordinators"). By using Its All Things Events, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

What we collect depends on how you use Its All Things Events:

From Couples creating a wedding site

  • Account information: name and email address, and if you sign in with Facebook or Google, the basic profile information those providers share with us (see Section 4)
  • Names of both partners, wedding date, and contact email
  • Ceremony and reception details: dates, times, venues, and addresses; any additional events you add
  • Love story text, wedding theme/design selections, dress code, and program/schedule details
  • Entourage information: principal sponsors, secondary sponsors (candle, veil, cord, coin), flower girls and bearers, and bridal party names and roles
  • Guest list information you enter (see Section 8)
  • RSVP settings, custom RSVP questions, meal preference options, and gift/registry preferences
  • Photos you upload (couple photo and gallery images)
  • A GCash or Maya QR code image, if you enable gift collection on your site (see Section 7)
  • Domain information, if you connect a custom domain you already own (see Section 6)
  • Draft/progress data saved automatically as you build your site, including during your free trial
  • Contact form submissions, including the reason category you select (Feedback, General Inquiry, Coordinator Interest, or Support Issue) and any optional details you provide

From Guests

  • Name and RSVP response (attending / not attending): available only on wedding sites published under a paid plan (Essential or Bespoke); RSVP is not available during the free trial (see Section 5)
  • Number of seats/plus-ones, meal preferences, and answers to any custom questions the couple has added
  • Contact information (email or mobile number), if requested by the couple's RSVP form

From Coordinators, and from anyone expressing coordinator interest

  • Business name and contact details
  • For coordinator interest submitted through our contact form: business name and estimated annual wedding volume, if provided

Automatically collected

  • Device and browser type, IP address, and general usage data (e.g. pages visited, time on site), collected to keep the service running reliably and securely

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Create, host, and display your wedding website
  • Operate your free trial, including tracking when your trial period starts and ends (see Section 5)
  • Verify and activate paid plans and add-on purchases (see Section 6)
  • Operate RSVP collection and display guest responses to the couple, on published paid sites
  • Save your draft progress so you can resume building later
  • Route and categorize contact form submissions so we can respond appropriately
  • Communicate with you about your account, your site, your trial, or changes to our services
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the platform
  • Comply with applicable law

We do not use your personal information, or your guests' personal information, for advertising or marketing by third parties, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Account Creation & Login

Creating a wedding website requires an account. You can create one using:

  • Facebook Login: we receive your name, email address, and public profile photo as shared by Facebook, based on the permissions you approve at sign-in
  • Google Login: we receive your name, email address, and profile photo as shared by Google, based on the permissions you approve at sign-in
  • Email and password: we store your email address and a securely hashed version of your password; we never store your password in plain text

We use your account to tie your trial to a real identity, enforce the guest cap and trial period, and process any add-on or plan purchases you make. We do not post to your Facebook or Google account, or access your contacts, friends list, or other data beyond the basic profile information described above.

5. Free Trial

Its All Things Events offers a free trial so you can build and preview your wedding website before paying. Specifically:

  • You can create an account, build, and personalize your wedding website, and preview it exactly as guests would see it, at no cost and with no time limit while your site remains unpublished.
  • The 7-day trial period begins when you publish your wedding website: that is, when you make it live and shareable: not when you create your account or start building.
  • During the trial period, RSVP collection is not available. Guests can view a published trial site, but cannot submit an RSVP; RSVP becomes available once you purchase a paid plan (Essential or Bespoke). This means no guest RSVP data is collected during any unpurchased period.
  • If you do not purchase a paid plan within 7 days of publishing, your site is unpublished (taken offline) but your draft and site data are not deleted: see Section 10.

6. Payments to Its All Things Events for Paid Plans

To purchase Essential, Bespoke, or any add-on, we display our own static GCash/Maya QR code and bank transfer details, along with a reference code or your account email to include with your payment. This is a manual process: we do not use a payment gateway, and we do not collect or store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials.

After sending payment, you confirm this in the app, which notifies our team to verify and activate your plan or add-on. We retain a record of the purchase (item, amount, and timestamp) for our own accounting and support purposes. If you connect a custom domain you already own as part of a Custom Domain Connection purchase, we process the domain name and necessary DNS configuration to route your site: we do not sell domain names and are not your domain registrar.

7. Gift Funds, GCash & Maya QR Codes

Its All Things Events does not process, handle, or have access to any gift money sent to you by your guests. If you enable a gift option on your own wedding site, you upload an image of your own GCash or Maya QR code (or provide account details), which is displayed to your guests. When a guest scans your QR code or uses the details you've provided, the money moves directly between the guest's own GCash/Maya wallet and yours. Its All Things Events is never a party to that transaction, does not see the amount sent, and does not receive any portion of it.

Because of this, we have no record of who has sent a gift or how much: that information stays entirely within your own GCash/Maya transaction history. We store the QR code image itself as part of your saved wedding site data, and it is deleted along with your site data per our retention policy in Section 10.

8. Guest Information Submitted by Couples

When you build your guest list: by entering guest details yourself: you are providing us with personal information about other people (your guests) on their behalf. By doing so, you confirm that:

  • You have the authority or a reasonable basis to share this information with us for the purpose of sending invitations and collecting RSVPs; and
  • You will only use guest contact details (email, mobile number) for wedding-related communication.

As noted in Section 5, guest RSVP information is only collected on published sites under a paid plan: it is never collected during an unpurchased trial.

Guests who wish to have their information corrected or removed from a couple's wedding site may contact the couple directly, or reach us using the details in Section 17 and we will assist in relaying the request.

9. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

WhoWhy
Facebook / GoogleIf you choose to log in with Facebook or Google, those providers process your login and share basic profile information with us, subject to their own privacy policies
Hosting & infrastructure providersTo store and serve your wedding website and its data (e.g. cloud hosting, database, file storage)
Domain and DNS providersTo connect a custom domain you already own, where the Custom Domain Connection add-on is purchased
Legal or regulatory authoritiesWhere required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Its All Things Events, our users, or the public

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share your guest list or wedding details with advertisers.

10. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

  • Wedding website data (including guest lists, RSVPs, and uploaded images) is retained for as long as your site remains hosted: 12 months from your Essential or Bespoke purchase, included with your plan.
  • If you do not renew after your included 12 months, your site moves to an archived, offline state rather than being immediately deleted. You can restore it by renewing at any time within the next 6 months.
  • Archived sites are deleted 6 months after archiving if not renewed. We send a reminder email before your hosting lapses, a deletion-warning email 1 month before the archived site is deleted, and a confirmation email once it has been deleted.
  • If you build during the free trial but do not publish, or publish but do not purchase within 7 days, your draft and site data are retained for 3 months from when your trial ends unpurchased (or from account creation, if you never published) and then deleted, unless you return and purchase a plan before then. We send a deletion-warning email 1 month before this data is deleted, and a confirmation email once it has been deleted.
  • Purchasing a plan, or renewing your hosting, at any point before the relevant deletion date cancels that countdown.
  • Draft data saved before you finish building your site is stored on our servers and, where applicable, temporarily in your browser's local storage, until you complete, publish, or delete your draft.
  • You may request earlier deletion of your wedding site and associated data at any time by contacting us (Section 17).

11. Security

We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission as required by law.

12. Cookies & Local Storage

Its All Things Events uses your browser's local storage to save your progress as you build your wedding website, so you can leave and resume later without losing your work. We also use cookies to keep you logged in between visits. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how our service is used: such as which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the site: so we can improve it. Google Analytics may process information such as your IP address and general usage patterns, subject to Google's own privacy practices. We do not use this data, or any cookies, for third-party advertising.

13. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act

As a data subject under RA 10173, you have the right to:

  • Be informed that your personal information will be, is being, or has been processed
  • Access your personal information that we hold
  • Object to the processing of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated personal information
  • Erase or block your personal information under certain conditions
  • Data portability: receive a copy of your data in an electronic format
  • File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated
  • Be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 17.

14. Children's Privacy

Its All Things Events is intended for use by adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect account information from children. Guest lists may occasionally include the names of minors (e.g. child guests, or flower girls and bearers in the entourage) submitted by the couple as part of standard event planning: this is limited to names and roles, and is not used for any purpose beyond displaying the wedding program, entourage list, or managing RSVP headcount.

15. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, such as our cloud hosting provider, may process data outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain a level of data protection consistent with the Data Privacy Act.

16. Changes to This Policy

This policy is scoped to the features available today. As we roll out new features: including Premium and coordinator-facing tools, currently in development: we will update this policy to reflect what we actually collect and how we use it at that time, rather than describing features in advance of their release.

We may also update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (e.g. by email or an in-app notice).
