1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Its All Things Events, a product of FinestSQA Software Development Services ("FinestSQA Software Development Services," "we," "us," or "our"), a wedding website builder for couples in the Philippines, with tools for wedding coordinators in active development.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using Its All Things Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use Its All Things Events.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Its All Things Events account.
You can sign up using Facebook Login, Google Login, or email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
If you sign up with email and password, you can reset your password at any time using the "forgot password" link, which sends a reset link to your registered email address.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and building your wedding website.
The couple free trial and Essential plan are intended for a single wedding per purchase unless otherwise stated.
3. Free Trial
Its All Things Events offers a free trial: ₱0, with no time limit while your site remains unpublished. You can build, personalize, and preview your wedding website in full during this time.
The 7-day trial period begins when you publish your wedding website: making it live and shareable: not when you create your account.
RSVP collection is not available during the free trial. Guests may view a published trial site, but cannot submit an RSVP until you purchase a paid plan (Essential or Bespoke).
If you do not purchase a paid plan within 7 days of publishing, your site is unpublished (taken offline). Your draft and site data are not deleted at that point: see our Privacy Policy for retention details: and you can purchase a plan at any time to republish.
We may modify the length or terms of the free trial at our discretion, including for future users, without affecting a trial already in progress.
You can continue editing your site after publishing it: the 7-day trial countdown is based only on when you first publish, and is not reset or extended by later edits.
4. Paid Plans & Add-ons
Its All Things Events currently offers the following couple-facing plans and add-ons. Pricing and feature availability may change over time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Custom Domain Connection: ₱299 one-time (Essential and Bespoke)
Guest Limit Expansion: ₱299 per +100 guests (Essential and Bespoke)
Hosting Extension: ₱299 per +12 months (Essential and Bespoke)
Smart RSVP: ₱299 (Essential only; included at no extra cost with Bespoke)
Premium and its exclusive coordinator-track features remain in active development and are not yet available for purchase; this section will be updated once Premium launches.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for Essential and add-ons is made via the static GCash/Maya QR code and account details we display at checkout, using the reference code or account email we provide. We do not use a third-party payment gateway, and we never collect your card, bank, or e-wallet login credentials.
After sending payment, you confirm this in the app. Verification and activation are performed manually by our team, generally within 24 hours of confirmation.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once a plan or add-on has been activated on your wedding website, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of demonstrable error (e.g. duplicate payment, incorrect activation).
Where a refund is approved, it is issued manually as a reverse GCash or Maya transfer to an account or number you provide to us at that time. We do not collect payout details in advance: only if and when a refund is being processed. Every refund is recorded in our internal admin log alongside the original purchase.
You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank, GCash, or Maya account in connection with sending payment to us.
6. Hosting, Renewal & Site Availability
Essential and Bespoke each include 12 months of hosting from activation. Recommended renewal after that period is ₱299/year. Editing your site during this period does not reset or extend the 12-month hosting period.
If you do not renew, your site moves to an archived, offline state rather than being immediately deleted. You may restore it by renewing within 6 months. Archived sites not renewed within that window are deleted, with a warning email sent 1 month beforehand and a confirmation once deleted: see our Privacy Policy for details.
Once your wedding date has passed, your site automatically switches to a thank-you state: RSVP closes to new submissions, and your hero section reflects a thank-you message rather than a countdown. Your content otherwise remains visible as before.
We aim to keep Its All Things Events available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not liable for temporary downtime, including during maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Your Content & Guest Data
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your wedding website (photos, video, your love story, and other material you provide). By uploading content, you grant Its All Things Events a license to host, display, and process it solely for the purpose of operating your wedding website.
When you add guest information (names, contact details, RSVP responses, meal preferences, or similar), you confirm you have a reasonable basis to share this information with us for the purpose of managing your wedding, and that you will use guest contact details only for wedding-related communication.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your guests provide, and for obtaining any consent needed from your guests to include their information on your wedding website.
Its All Things Events is never a party to any gift money sent between your guests and you via a QR code or account details you display on your site: see our Privacy Policy, Section 7, for details.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Its All Things Events to:
Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on someone else's rights;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Attempt to circumvent guest caps, trial limitations, or plan restrictions through technical means rather than a legitimate purchase;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Its All Things Events, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; or
Use Its All Things Events for any purpose other than planning and sharing information about a genuine wedding or event.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, consistent with Section 14.
9. Intellectual Property
Its All Things Events, including its software, templates, designs, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use Its All Things Events to build and operate your own wedding website, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property, and you may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the platform itself.
10. Third-Party Services
Its All Things Events integrates with third-party services, including Facebook Login and Google Login. Your use of these services through Its All Things Events is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
Similarly, any money sent by a guest via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer using details displayed on your wedding website is governed by the terms of those respective financial platforms: Its All Things Events is not a party to that transaction.
11. Disclaimers
Its All Things Events is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Its All Things Events and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost gift funds sent directly between you and your guests, missed RSVPs due to a site being unpublished after an expired trial or unrenewed hosting, or third-party service outages (including Facebook, Google, GCash, or Maya). Our total liability for any claim relating to Its All Things Events is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan or add-on giving rise to the claim.
13. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using Its All Things Events at any time. Purchased plans remain in effect for their paid hosting period even if you stop actively using the builder.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use Its All Things Events ends, but data retention and deletion continue to follow our Privacy Policy rather than being immediately erased, except where you specifically request deletion.
14. Changes to the Service or These Terms
These Terms are scoped to what Its All Things Events offers today. As we roll out new features: including Premium and coordinator-facing tools, currently in development: we will update these Terms to reflect what is actually available at that time.
We may also update Its All Things Events' features, pricing, or these Terms for other operational or legal reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (e.g. by email or an in-app notice). Continuing to use Its All Things Events after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Its All Things Events will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
